The party group of the Communist Party of China plays the core role of leadership in non-Party organizations. From the perspective of historical evolution process, the party group system, an imported product, has been localized by the Communist Party of China to adapt to the needs of revolution, construction, reform and development, and the core leading position of the Party group has been gradually established and consolidated in its interaction with history. The leading party group can effectively implement its leadership in non-party organizations through the two paths of organization and system, profoundly influences and shapes the organization and its personnel, effectively integrates politics, interests and values, and mobilizes organizational forces and clarifies the relationship between the party and the government.
