Returnees have become the main and fresh force of high-level teaching staff in colleges and universities. To develop CPC members among returnees, it is necessary not only to have flexible working methods, but also to realize value guidance and broad value identification, so as to unite and agglomerate them in the party organization.This paper summarizes recent development of CPC members among the returnees in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, and analyzes the status quo, characteristics, influencing factors and effective measures. It focuses on diversification, interest-maximization and socialization of value recognition among returnees in colleges and universities, exploring corresponding solutions to existing problems. The research strengthens value guidance interest orientation and cohesion guarantee of the party organization to enhance attraction and mechanism establishment of the party organization .
