It is important for colleges and universities to construct a laboratory safety education system. Beginning with the connotation and significance of laboratory safety education, this paper analyzes the current situation in colleges and universities at home and abroad, puts forward a feasible and practical laboratory safety education architecture which includes the training objectives, training objects, teaching materials, teaching staff, teaching content and methods, assessment and evaluation. It will ensure that the laboratory staff improve their safety consciousness and master necessary safety knowledge, and may provide a reference for laboratory safety education in otheres colleges and universities.
