The code of Engineering Ethics under Washington Accord is “based on duty, code of ethics, and aimed at solving ethical Ethical dilemma”. This educational concept is of great significance for the teaching reform of “Ideological and Political Theories”. In recent years, Chinese universities promoted engineering accreditation and engineering ethics, but the results were far from satisfaction. The reform practice of “Ideological and Political Theories Teaching” in engineering ethics courses should focus on three issues: writing the new the curriculum, re-organizing the teaching team, and providing diversified teaching methods. The authors successfully developed a new approach of teaching as the simulated case study of “three-integrity education” based oninteraction between teacher and student.
