    摘要:

    高校教师的首要任务是立德树人,而课堂教学是教师教书育人的主阵地。良好的开端是成功的一半,上好开学首堂课意义重大。围绕“如何才能激发开学首堂课的积极效应”这一核心问题展开讨论。首先,强调开学首堂课对高校师生的重要意义;随后,就开学首堂课的现状指出其意义被忽视、内容形式化,师生缺乏互动等不足之处;然后,结合“工程学导论”教学案例提出了开学首堂课的五点改进策略。

    Abstract:

    The primary task of college teachers is to cultivate students with moral education while classroom teaching is the main means to foster virtue through education. The first lesson is significant in that “well begun is half done”. This paper focuses on the core question of “how to activate the positive effect of the first class”. First of all, it emphasizes the importance of the first class for teachers and students in universities. Secondly, given the current situation of the first class in the new semester, it finds out some space for improvement such as its meaning being neglected, formalized content, and distance between teachers and students. Finally, five promotion strategies are proposed on the basis of the first class of “Introduction to Engineering”.
