The coordinated development of knowledge transfer and value guidance is the core concept of Ideological and political education, and also an important standard to evaluate the effect of Ideological and political education. Based on the ideological and political concept of curriculum to study the operation law of Engineering Moral Education in Colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the current problems faced by the content system of Engineering Moral Education, expands the leading role of value in engineering knowledge transfer and accumulation so as to build a perfect content system of Engineering Moral Education, which is conducive to the overall effectiveness of Engineering Moral Education.
