The comprehensive quality evaluation of college students is an important factor and a key link related to the quality of talent training in colleges and universities. Based on the talent training goals of colleges and the society’s demand for talent quality, this research clarifies the principles of comprehensive quality evaluation system construction. Firstly, the comprehensive quality evaluation index set is established through questionnaire survey, literature research and seminars. Secondly, using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and expert consultation to calculate the weight of indicators at all levels. Finally, combining the qualitative and quantitative methods to formulate the evaluation criteria with the three-level indicators, and form a scientific and reasonable comprehensive quality evaluation system for college students, which will provide references for other universities tin the related aspects.
