This paper takes “Human Resource Management” course of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology as an example, based on the analysis of the necessity of the ideological and political construction of the human resource management course, reform the course teaching and design the teaching goal, teaching content and teaching method of “knowledge, ability, value” trinity. Further explores the practical path of ideological and political construction of human resource management courses through the “psychological assessment to understand student needs and ideological dynamics-targeted ideological and political elements and knowledge needs fusion of hands-on teaching-participation in corporate practice” three stages to build “three innovations” new talent training model and strengthen the building of teacher teams in order to implement the effect of curriculum ideological and political construction. This paper is expected to provide some reference for the ideological and political construction of college courses.
