    摘要:

    从全国辅导员素质能力大赛获奖者视角开展青年辅导员专业化发展研究,研究发现:全国优秀青年辅导员年轻化显著、双性化的人格特征突出;且入职3~5年为职业发展和专业能力提升关键期。此外,辅导员专项分工、外在组织环境和经济发展水平等因素对青年辅导员专业能力提升呈现显著影响。基于此,高校需要从加强入职培训教育,增强青年辅导员专业认同,开展分类分级培养,提升青年辅导员核心专业技能,组建辅导员共同体,强化青年辅导员专业胜任力三方面,深化青年辅导员专业化发展路径。

    Abstract:

    It is of great significance to study the professional development of young counselors from the perspective of national counselor competency contest. It is found that the national outstanding counselors are rather younger, both male and female; the early 3-5 years is a critical period for their career development and professional competence. In addition, factors such as specialized division of labor, the institutional environment and the external economic development level produce an impact on the improvement of young counselors’ professional competence. Therefore, it is necessary to reinforce the professional training and to enhance the professional identity of young counselors; classified training should aim to improve the core professional skills of young counselors; establishing a community of counselors to strengthen their professional competence and broaden their professional development path.
