Adhering to the Party's overall leadership of faculty development is the fundamental guarantee for faculty quality. Based on the professional development of mechanical teachers, this paper studies the effective path of high-quality career development of college teachers empowered by grass-roots Party building, aiming at high-quality team construction of professional and innovative teachers in the new era, focusing on integration and mutual promotion of grass-roots Party building, moral education and teacher professional development, “Three major constructions” are established for a multi-collaboration pattern of faculty development and grass-roots Party building. “Three major pivots” are formed as breakthrough paths for faculty development along with the connotative effect.
