Party building and value education in Curriculum Design is an important part of the ideological and political system in universities. The basic reason for effectively integrating Party building with value education in courses lies in consistency of their objective, content and effect. However, the dilemma is lack of a systematic top-level design, the insufficient role of Party building, and the inadequate working team. Therefore, we must adhere to Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, establish a systemic mechanism of collaborative synergy, scientifically design the curriculum and guidance for value education in courses, build a qualified and competent team to promote effective integration of Party building with value education in Curriculum Design.
