Environmental aesthetic education has its own advantages and practical effects from the perspective of daily aesthetics and responding the environmental problems with aesthetic experience. As the material base for various activities on campus, the open space of university campus needs constructing and improving because its inevitable role in rich activities and highly-concentrated aesthetic education. The idea of aesthetic education in the open space of campus is put forward from the three dimensions of establishing campus characteristic culture, enriching the characteristic material system, and building a mutually complementary activity field as references for establishing the “education field” in college aesthetic education.
