Aiming at a better aesthetic education through excellent traditional Chinese culture, Hujiang College of USST has explored the theory of the four-dimensional structure of excellent traditional Chinese culture, developed a series of traditional cultural aesthetic education courses, and carried out a variety of traditional cultural aesthetic education activities. This aesthetic education practice encourages every student to “read a classic work, listen to a typical lecture, experience a traditional cultural program, and enjoy a classic Chinese concert” during their four-year college life so that they can become noble gentlemen and elegant ladies. The aesthetic education program of Hujiang College integrates numerous elements such as poetry, music, painting, recitation to meet different needs of students, and has enhanced their physical and mental health, and has been promoted to a certain extent.
