Abstract:In order to seek the greatest common denominator between educational function optimization and ideopolitical value integration among three distinctive organizational entities in colleges and universities, i.e., student Party branches, Communist Youth League (CYL) branches and classes under the new landscape, it is necessary to construct a community of talent cultivation encompassing all the three entities in the new-era. Although such construction always involves a distinctive institutional framework, a list of objectives and a set of value recognition logic, it still faces many challenges in sociopolitical role switching, requirement integration of management operation and contents, resource allocation transformation, as well as upgrading development mode. Therefore, it is necessary to take more efforts in effectively exploring the way to achieve depth-wise philosophical innovation, harmony in institutional system coordination, integration of resource platforms, and cadre productivity improvement among the three entities, on the basis of restructuring and regrouping within each of the entities. Only in this way can the aforementioned organization-driven talent cultivation community make full use of its strengths and unity in ideological guidance, institutional system implementation, resource integration and talent cultivation.
