    摘要:

    做好劳动教育是培养德智体美劳全面发展型人才的重要举措,是落实立德树人根本任务的路径之一。通过对“00后”大学生进行调查,了解劳动教育现状等方面内容,挖掘出高校劳动实践教育内容设置、学生功利化思想、重脑力而轻体力劳动、劳动认知和劳动行为不一致、培养体系构建等具体问题。就此提出明晰劳动育人意义、全路径推进劳动教育、研究创造性劳动学习经历和构建有效实施机制等对策,以期为劳动教育改革提供参考。

    Abstract:

    A good labor education is an important measure to train all-round development talents, and is one of the paths to implement the fundamental task of establishing high moral values and cultivating talents. Through the investigation on the current situation of labor education among college students of the post-00s generation, this paper discovers some specific problems, such as the content arrangement of labor education in colleges and universities, students’ utilitarian thinking, appreciating mental work and depreciating physical labour, inconsistent labor cognition and labor behavior, and the construction of training system. In this regard, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, for instance, clarifying the significance of labor education, promoting holistic labor education, studying the creative experience of learning and working, and constructing an effective implementation mechanism, which can provide reference for the reform of labor education.
