Abstract:The paper expounds the specific measures in teaching the integrated course “Advanced Environmental Fluid Mechanics” for undergraduates and graduates, in which the contents highlight the academic nature of the course, the teaching method emphasizes problem-oriented discussion, and the assessment method meets the requirements of graduate academic ability. The questionnaire results revealed a significant difference in their knowledge of the undergraduate course. Nearly 80% of the 60 students considered that the course difficulty was beyond their expectations. Except for the field theory and tensor, the students’ satisfaction rates of the course content, teaching method, assessment method and overall teaching effect were higher than 65%. The survey also compared their satisfaction with online and offline teaching methods. The statistical analysis lays a foundation for further improvements.
