    摘要:

    为加强高校辅导员队伍的培养,为辅导员发展赋能,激励其积极工作,充分发挥其在培养社会主义新人中的思想政治教育功能,需要重视高校辅导员学术职业发展的重要意义。然而,由于多重困境的复杂交织,高校辅导员的学术职业发展现状不容乐观。宏观层面,思政工作地位与学术研究地位严重不对称;中观层面,队伍职称结构失衡;微观层面,辅导员学术职业发展的内驱力不足。为此,提出以下建议:从提高高校信息化水平出发,为辅导员学术职业发展创造时间条件;激发辅导员学术发展的内驱力,提高其科研产出和质量;构建学术职业发展培训体系,为辅导员学术职业发展提供系统支持;建立学术职业评价考核体系,为辅导员学术职业发展提供有效激励。

    Abstract:

    It is significant to strengthen the cultivation of university counselors’ team and to empower their academic career development, so that they can fulfill their duties earnestly and play a pivotal role in ideological and political education for students in the new era. However, due to the complex interplay of multiple dilemmas, the current situation of their academic career development is not optimistic. At the macro level, there is a serious asymmetry between the status of ideological work and academic research; at the meso level, the professional title structure of the team is unbalanced; at the micro level, the counselors do not have adequate internal drive for academic career development. Therefore, suggestions are made to improve conditions for counselors’ academic career development by higher informationization in colleges and universities; to improve the quantity and quality of counselors’ scientific research by stimulating their internal drive for academic development; to provide systematic support for counselors’ academic career development by constructing a training system; and to provide effective incentives for counselors’ academic career development by establishing an evaluation and assessment system.
