In the context of the national strategy of innovation-driven development and digital transformation, the combined training mode of the innovation and entrepreneurship minor with the high-tech blockchain is of great significance for improving the quality of talent training and optimizing innovation and entrepreneurship education. First of all, by introducing typical cases of the innovation and entrepreneurship minor, this paper analyzes the common bottlenecks in building teaching teams and integrating educational resources in universities. Secondly, after analyzing the integration of blockchain technology, the management systems for the teaching team and talent training are designed by using characteristic technologies such as the consensus mechanism, smart contracts and distributed storage. Finally, based on data storage services, middleware services and background services, a resource platform for innovation and entrepreneurship talents is constructed, and the main advantages of blockchain technology in this construction are expounded.
