Abstract:This research analyzes the model of the multi-stakeholder joint innovation team in university-enterprise cooperation, aiming to realize the industrial transformation of new technologies and cultivate new quality productivity through technological integration and innovation. It also verifies the rational dimensions derived from grounded conclusions based on quantitative scale analysis. It is concluded that the multi-stakeholder joint innovation team can foster new productivity through technological integration and innovation. This paper refines the cultivation path of new productivity: “joint innovation teams’ adaptation - joint innovation teams’ technological integration and innovation recreation - transformation of new technologies”. It also demonstrates the role of joint innovation teams in the transformation of new technological achievements and in fostering new productivity via technological integration and innovation. Overcoming the limitations of previous research paradigms, this research integrates the connotation of cultivating new quality productivity with the integration and innovation of multi-stakeholder joint innovation teams, analyzes its operational mechanism, and identifies new operational laws through both qualitative and quantitative research.
