Abstract:The new quality productive forces provide a new theoretical perspective and practical direction for advancing ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and represent a key focus for the high-quality development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era. From the perspective of internal logic, the new quality productive forces offer important support for the high-quality development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, while the latter is a necessary factor for the development of the former. Thus, the two are closely interconnected in their evolution. The new quality productive forces embody rich educational value: they drive the digital transformation of ideological and political education, foster an intelligent educational ecosystem, strengthen the management of teaching processes, thereby enhance educational efficiency and improving both educational models and teaching quality. To promote their synergy, it is essential to strengthen top-level design, establish a long-term mechanism for the new quality productive forces to empower ideological and political education in colleges and universities, accelerate the integration of various elements, expand the effective application of the new quality productive forces in empowering ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and intensify supervision to enhance the governance of this empowerment process.
