Abstract:Assessment of cultural products’ property value is a pivotal foundational issue for the high-quality development of the cultural industry. This study discusses limitations of the existing assessment methods and proposes an innovative approach to the cultural products’ property value assessment in the context of digital intelligence. The study elucidates the basic principles and characteristics of digital intelligence technological assessment approach, including combination of multi-dimensional attributes, integration of subjective and objective evaluation methods, and combination of current value assessment with future value forecasting. Furthermore, the study analyzes the approach’s basic process which includes three stages: constructing a multi-dimension indicator system, establishing the assessment model of property benefits based on big data, and forecasting the property value. The new approach is significant in that it can provide systematic theoretical and methodological guidance for assessing cultural products’ property value, promote the formation and development of the cultural products’ property value chain, and promote the smart and high-quality development of the cultural industry.
