Abstract:Cultural products are standardized, replicable, and mass-produced products with cultural content. Cultural property rights refer to the property rights related to cultural products, cultural resources, cultural origins, cultural enterprises, and other cultural-related properties. The value of cultural product property rights includes both actual and potential value, which refers to quantifying cultural product property rights. Cultural benefit is the basic and decisive factor in the property value of cultural products rights, economic benefit is the direct decisive factor, technological benefit is the important influencing factor, and ecological benefit is the key restrictive factor. The latest theoretical and methodological exploration based on the four-dimension benefit indicators of “culture-economy-technology-ecology” aims at assessing the property value of cultural products. The value realization of cultural product property rights includes that of intellectual property rights, cultural real property rights, cultural equity rights, and cultural creditor’s rights, including realization of real and potential value in the time dimension and value realization of distribution activities and derivative activities.
